Can you give me a GST tax invoice?

No. All Play Toys is not registered for GST because the business operates below the applicable GST registration threshold. GST is not charged separately on your order and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a registration number. An order invoice is included with the parcel.

What does a scale like 1:24 or 1:36 actually mean?

It is the ratio between the model and the real vehicle: a 1:24 car is a twenty-fourth of full size, roughly 20 cm long, while a 1:36 car is nearer 12 cm. The larger the second number, the smaller the model. Every listing states the scale and the finished length.

Is a pull-back car the same as a battery car?

No. A pull-back has a spring-and-flywheel gearbox: draw it backwards, release, and it runs on stored energy with no batteries. Where a listing mentions batteries, they power lights and sound only, never the drive.

Do assembly kits need glue and paint?

It depends on the kit and each listing says which. Screw-together and snap-fit kits arrive pre-painted and need nothing extra. Traditional styrene kits arrive on unpainted sprues and do need cement and paint, which we do not supply.

Can I choose the colour or the character in a multi-pack or blind box?

No. Assorted packs are supplied as packed and a blind box is sealed by design, so the contents are unknown until it is opened. We cannot accept a return because a particular design was not the one inside.

Are these suitable for a three-year-old?

Only the listings that say so. Die-cast cars and moulded figure sets carry a 3+ suggestion; kits, metal puzzles and small-part sets are marked 8+, 12+ or 14+ because of sharp edges and pieces that can be swallowed.

How do I pay?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards, net banking or wallets. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no additional COD fee.

What does delivery cost?

Free on orders of ₹699 and above. Below that, a flat ₹49 for the whole order, shown before checkout is completed.

How long will my order take?

1–2 business days of handling plus courier transit: 3–6 business days in total to metro cities and 5–10 business days elsewhere in India. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Do you ship outside India?

No. We deliver within India only.

My parcel arrived damaged. What now?

Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended. We arrange a replacement or a refund where applicable and cover the return shipping when the fault is ours.

When do I get my refund?

Within 5 business days of a returned item reaching us and being checked. A cancellation before dispatch is refunded within 5–7 business days.

Can I collect an order in person?

No. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address here is our business and order fulfilment address. Everything is delivered by courier.
